Compassionate Interventional Care
State Street TMS
Our practice is dedicated to advancing the utilization of evidence-based interventions like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) treatments. These modern techniques have proven beneficial for many individuals looking for alternatives to traditional therapies. With a firm commitment to excellence and patient-centric care, State Street TMS aims to offer effective, research-based treatment options in a professional setting.
We are active members of the Clinical TMS Society, and follow current guidelines for best practices in the delivery of TMS. We utilize the MagVenture TMS machine; TMS Technicians and Rendering Clinicians have received comprehensive training and certification from MagVenture.

Frequently Asked Questions
We offer both in-person and telehealth sessions!
At this time, we are out-of-network with insurance plans in order to provide the quality and type of care that we can stand behind. In parallel, we advocate at the national level for increasing mental health parity and accessibility to quality mental health care and hope to in the future to be able to work in a more aligned way with all stakeholders. Meanwhile, we do provide “superbills” for out-of-network reimbursement for covered services if your plan has this benefit (e.g. a PPO plan) and are happy to provide guidance regarding plan selection. Our technology partner, Osmind, can also submit these superbills to insurance companies on your behalf if your prefer.
*We are actively in process of credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS of VT, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and MVP. Single case agreements can be negotiated on an individual basis.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, cash, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and wire transfers/ACH payments.
At State Street TMS, we recognize that most of life happens outside sessions and so are able to communicate via secure messaging or phone calls regarding urgent and logistical matters. We also recognize that accessing emergency services and psychiatric hospitalizations, while life-saving in some circumstances, can be life-destroying when turned to in a reflexive, knee-jerk fashion. That is why we prioritize being available when crises arise to work collaboratively around getting the help that is actually helpful.
We are looking to partner with clinicians with a variety of backgrounds and credentials in a truly Integrated Collaborative Care Model in both our State Street TMS clinic and our affiliated practice Partners In Integrative Healing. We are committed to providing education to future clinicians and are happy to work with trainees and students interested in learning more about our program. Finally, that we are actively looking for TMS technicians and persons with training and/or people interested in receiving training.
